Update on FROGZONE from State Coordinator - Graeme Sawyer
Humpty Doo Primary School, Northern Territory
Humpty Doo Primary School is located in the top end of Australia in the Wet/Dry tropics. Our FROG ZONE has been developed by the school from scratch. The area has been mulched, planted and maintained to support the vegetation growth. The pond is a simple liner pond and is not permanent in that it may dry up. It holds water most of the year and supports a healthy breeding population of frogs all the time during the the wet season from December to March.
